How it Works
Step 1: InstaPURE
First we apply InstaPURE, a powerful disinfectant that safely kills all mold spores, fungi, and bacteria it comes into contact with. This includes the disruption of mycotoxins and endotoxins. Containing tiny disinfectant particles that measure only a few microns, InstaPURE can permeate the hardest-to-reach places without damaging any surfaces or leaving any residue. And although deadly to mold, it’s safe enough to be FDA-approved for food contact. We encourage customers to leave out anything they want to be disinfected, and open cupboards, drawers, laptops, phones, and photos, it’s that safe.
We use Peracetic Acid (CH3OOOH), which is mixed with water and released in our fog. The water creates a reaction in which one oxygen atom breaks off and in a process known as “lysis”, the oxygen atom tracks down bacteria and mold and ruptures the cells.
Step 2: EverPURE
Once we eliminate all the mold present in your home or property, we lay down a microbiological barrier called EverPURE that prevents future mold growth for 90 days, as verified by the EPA. As with the first step, there are no poisons or heavy metals involved. This means that a mold spore, bacteria, or virus has no chance of surviving on any surface of the home or office. This advanced technology provides long-term mold protection and allows us to provide a warranty no other mold company can.
